Every single item we sell we make to order, we don’t have the luxury of picking an item off a shelf and sending it to you. As you can appriciate this means each and every order is personally hand made,
Upto 14 days - Free
As the saying goes “you don’t get something for nothing” as we don’t discount our products not paying a delivery fee means you are actaully getting upto a 20% discount on some products if you factor in what it costs us to buy the packaging and postage. As a trade off we have the somewhat luxury to take a bit longer to produce your order, all free delivery orders are made on a first come first serve basis and will be put behind customers paying for postage. The products and quality is still the same they just have a lower priority in our production.
Upto 7 days Standard - £4.99
Your delivery cost is actually a combination of post, packaging and production priority cost. If you have chosen our standard paid for delivery service you are actually paying to skip most of the orders in front of you. While some customers are happy to wait if there is a pending birthday you are paying a proportion to skip those orders in front of you. Please remember all our items are made to order by hand. We aim to be as competitive as we can with our pricing, we do not make any money from our postage and packaging costs. We are simply passing on the best prices we have using trusted delivery partners.
Upto 3 days Express - £10.99
Your delivery cost is actually a combination of post, packaging and production priority cost. If you have chosen our express paid for delivery services you are actually paying to skip all the orders in front of you. While some customers are happy to wait if there is a pending birthday you are paying a proportion to skip those orders in front of you. Please remember all our items are made to order by hand and express orders are sent on next day delivery services. We aim to be as competitive as we can with our pricing, we do not make any money from our postage and packaging costs. We are simply passing on the best prices we have using trusted delivery partners.
International Upto 14 days - £varies
Due to the size of items it is not possible to send everything we send on fast services. Most international destinations quote us 5 working days plus our production time of upto 7 working days.
